Estimated Ship Date
When we receive your order, we are usually able to provide you with an Estimated Ship Date. This is the date that we expect to be able to place your item with Fed EX for delivery. When an item from your order has been shipped, we usually provide you with an Estimated Delivery Date and a Tracking Number that enables you to track the progress of the package from our warehouse to your Shipping Address. Please note that this Estimated Ship Date may or may not be the actual date that the product will be placed with a carrier for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Date
When we place your item with a carrier for delivery, we are usually able to provide you with an Estimated Delivery Date. We calculate this estimated date (or date range) based on the date range provided to us by Fed EX, the carrier that will be delivering your product. At this time, we will also provide you with the name, telephone number, and URL of the carrier that will be delivering your product. The item Tracking Number is also provided at this time. With the carrier information and item Tracking Number, you are able to track the progress of the package from our warehouse to your Shipping Address. Please note that this Estimated Delivery Date may or may not be the actual date that the product will be delivered to your Shipping Address.

To calculate when you will receive an item, please consider that most In Stock items are typically placed with a carrier for shipment the business day following the Order Date. Items that are Currently Out of Stock at the time the order is placed with Quad-Pods.com are typically placed with a carrier for shipment on the business day following the day the item becomes available for shipment. Estimated Availability dates for items that were Currently Out of Stock at the time of purchase are provided to you on your Order Confirmation. It occasionally occurs that an Estimated Availability date will change from that which is provided to you on your Order Confirmation. If this occurs, and we have your email address on file, we will send an email to you notifying you of the modified Estimated Availability date.

In Stock items are typically placed with a carrier for shipment the business day following the Order Date; please anticipate In Stock items ordered with Standard Ground Shipping will arrive in 6-10 Business Days. Items that are Currently Out of Stock are typically placed with a carrier for shipment on the business day following the day the item becomes available for shipment; please anticipate Out of Stock items ordered with Standard Ground Shipment will arrive 6-10 Business Days after the item becomes available for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Date – Expedited Shipping
In Stock items are typically placed with a carrier for shipment the business day following the Order Date; please anticipate In Stock items ordered with Expedited Shipping will arrive in 3-4 Business Days. Items that are Currently Out of Stock are typically placed with a carrier for shipment on the business day following that the day the item becomes available for shipment; please anticipate Out of Stock items ordered with Expedited Shipping will arrive 3-4 Business Days after the item becomes available for shipment. No weekend delivery.

Does choosing Express Shipping mean my order will arrive tomorrow?
Normally, choosing Express Shipping does not mean the item(s) will arrive the following business day. In Stock items are typically placed with a carrier for shipment the business day following the Order Date, please anticipate In Stock items ordered with Express Shipping will arrive within 2 Business Days. Items that are Currently Out of Stock are typically placed with a carrier for shipment on the business day following that which the item becomes available for shipment., please anticipate Out of Stock items will arrive 2 Business Days after the item becomes available for shipment.
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries
Please Note that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays via the Overnight, Second Day or Standard Ground delivery methods. Additionally, weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation of Estimated Ship Date or Estimated Delivery Date, these dates are calculated using business days, or non-weekend, non-holiday days.
